Well, technically if you rotate each of the sizes (except the square) you actually have 7 sizes. But that aside, in our experience these are the most popular sizes and the only 4 sizes you’ll need. Really.
If you really need to have another size, send us an email and we can let you know if we can do it, and how much it will be.
We accept JPG (High Resolution JPEG), TIFF (High Resolution TIFF), .BMP, .PNG that are 20MB and under. If you need to send a different file format not accepted or a file larger than 20MB, please contact us for help.
We do not have a physical brick and mortar location, so pick-ups are not available at this time.
Of course! In order to make sure we get your configuration correct for each print, we ask that you add each one to your cart as separate items. If you would like more than one copy of the same print, just add it to your cart as many times as the number of copies you would like.
The other guys make it seem like you’re saving a ton, but after charging for each option, and shipping, your flash sale isn’t as good as it first looked. Sticking to our goal of making canvas prints easy and affordable, our canvases are the same low price each time you visit; no illusion of savings, and always FREE shipping, promise.
We hope all your Good Hangz are perfect, however we know things will happen from time to time. If you find a defect in your canvas we will make it right for you and replace it at our cost. This includes any manufacturer’s defects such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches, or fading.
NOTE: Pixelated, unclear, or blurry images due to the customer uploading a low-resolution image or image too small for the chosen canvas size, will be reprinted at the customers cost.
Reprint Procedure: We ask that you email a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (try to be as clear and descriptive as you can) to email@example.com. The pictures will be reviewed within 24 hours and if found to be manufacturing defect, we will reach out to you to begin the reprint process.
NOTE: We will reprint the same image on the same size canvas as the original order. Changing images or the size of canvas is not permitted.
Reprint Window: If you find a defect you can request a reprint within 10 days from the arrival of your Good Hangz.
Refunds: We want you to love your Good Hang so we will first try to reprint your canvas. A refund will only be issued if the reprint doesn’t fix the original defect/issue. The refund will be made to the card or PayPal from which order was paid, and will generally be done within 7 business days.
Once you have submitted your order, an order confirmation containing your order number, order total, billing and shipping information, and configuration options will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout. If you do not receive this confirmation, please call our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are not able to ship your order to different locations on the same order. If you need to ship canvases to multiple locations, separate orders will have to be placed. If you need help doing this, please reach out and we will be happy to help you.
At this time, we only offer free shipping within the the 48 contiguous states. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii please contact us at email@example.com letting us know what size print you would like to order and we can let you know what the shipping costs will be for your order.
Your Good Hangz are generally printed within 24-48 hours. Depending on shipping distance, it will should arrive 5-8 business days after ordering. Of course we hope you receive it sooner.
In order to offer all of our shipping FREE and to keep our prices low for you, we use standard ground shipping. You should get your Good Hangz within 5-8 days after order.
